the hotel was located in a serene area with lush greenery and a garden of banana trees upfront. Our room was well-designed and had a cozy bed with soft pillows. the staff was very supportive and accommodating, especially the kind receptionist. They went above and beyond in returning my lost phone charger.
There were a few facilities that could be improved. the breakfast menu was limited to Pho only, and the distribution of fire extinguishers was concentrated in one spot by the stairwell rather than being distributed to areas on the floor.

We had a pleasant stay over Christmas at this hotel. The views of the nearby mountains from the balcony were stunning. The room itself had a simple design but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel was located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, with a lovely garden of banana trees adding to the charm. The receptionist was a helpful and friendly woman who went out of her way to help us retrieve a lost phone charger.
Although the room we finally ended up in was lovely, we were initially given a smaller and cheaper room than what we had paid for. The price for the facilities offered felt quite high and we expected more. Though the breakfast was satisfactory, with delicious Pho, there wasn't much of a variety. Additionally, the hallway's smoke detector was removed and the fire extinguishers were stacked in one spot rather than being distributed throughout the building.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was simple in design but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff, especially the friendly woman at the reception, were supportive and kind. They even sent back our forgotten phone charger using a shipping company. The hotel is located in a green and quiet area and has a garden of banana trees in the front. We enjoyed the mountain view from our balcony.
